Why Cabem Care

CabemCare exists because we believe choice and control should mean exactly that.

Before starting CabemCare, Lee worked for a provider that offered multiple NDIS services. She was told to recommend the organisation's own businesses, regardless of whether they were the best fit for the participant.

 She walked away because she believed Support Coordination should be independent. Participants deserve honest advice, real options and the freedom to choose the providers that are right for them, not the ones that make a company more money.

That belief became CabemCare.

Today, we work alongside participants and families who have often been overlooked, misunderstood or let down by the system. We build support teams around the person, not around business interests.

Sometimes that means having difficult conversations. Sometimes it means challenging decisions. 

Sometimes it means admitting that another provider is the better choice.

We are comfortable with that.

Because at the end of the day, this was never about building a network for ourselves.

It was about making sure people have the right to build one for themselves.

 We still believe the best provider for a participant is not always us, and we are comfortable with that.
