With a commendable legacy spanning over 25 years in the community services sector, Leonie Rowell stands as a testament to dedication, adaptability, and expertise. Her diverse journey in the sector has seen her wearing multiple hats, from providing essential legal aid to adeptly managing roles as a service coordinator.

Leonie's unparalleled commitment to community service is evident in the organizations she has nurtured and developed over the years. One of her most notable contributions is the establishment of Community Links Wollondilly, a beacon of support and service in the community. Drawing from her rich experience and innate understanding of community needs, she went on to lay the foundation for her own business, CabemCare, further cementing her position as a visionary in the field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Leonie brings a wealth of interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of individual needs, making her not only a leader but also a trusted ally in the community services domain. Her relentless drive, paired with her vast experience, ensures that CabemCare remains at the forefront of personalized, holistic care.

Serving as our NDIS Support Coordinator and Chief Financial Officer, Michael plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless support services and maintaining the financial health of our organization.

With a strong background in NDIS support coordination, Michael is dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. In addition to his role as an NDIS Support Coordinator, Michael assumes the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer, where his strategic financial acumen is instrumental in steering our organization towards sustainable growth. Jacquelene’s passion lies in creating efficient systems that empower both clients and colleagues. She thrives on problem-solving, optimizing workflows, and delivering solutions that make technology more accessible and user-friendly. With over a decade of experience in IT support, she has developed a keen ability to troubleshoot, streamline processes, and implement best practices that enhance productivity.


Her expertise in social media allows her to leverage digital platforms for clear communication and engagement, ensuring that our online presence reflects our commitment to connection and support. Combined with her qualifications in community service and youth work, she understands the importance of building trust and fostering collaboration.

Elizabeth may be the youngest member of our team, but she is undeniably one of the most essential. As Admin Support, she ensures that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and without a hitch. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, she is the backbone of our daily workflows, providing the structure and organization that keeps everything in motion.

Her adaptability and dedication make her a standout force in our workplace. Whether managing documents, coordinating schedules, or assisting with essential administrative tasks, Elizabeth’s contributions are indispensable. She thrives in fast-paced environments, always ready to solve problems, support the team, and keep processes seamless.

Meet Carolyn Tamati

Support Coordinator

With over 25 years of experience in the social housing sector, Carolyn brings deep empathy and insight to her work with NDIS participants. Her background has shaped a strong commitment to supporting people impacted by disability and disadvantage with care, respect, and integrity.

While new to the NDIS space, Carolyn is passionate about creating positive change through trust and empowerment. She believes that the right support can transform not just lives — but families and communities.

Carolyn is proud to be part of the CabemCare team and looks forward to contributing to a culture of compassion, professionalism, and real outcomes.

Rebecca [Beck] – Support Coordinator (Gold Coast, QLD)

 

With 24 years of experience across the Aged Care and Disability sectors, Rebecca brings a wealth of frontline expertise to her role as a Support Coordinator at CabemCare.

Her background includes hands-on work in wound care, catheter support, dressings, personal care, meal preparation, and detailed documentation. These skills translate directly into her work supporting participants to achieve their goals with clarity and care. Beck is known for her calm, practical support style and her deep understanding of what truly matters in a person's daily life.

Based on the Gold Coast, Rebecca supports clients across Queensland and currently has capacity for new participants. She prides herself on giving every client the time, effort, and respect they deserve.
