He oversees finance, business operations and governance, making sure the organisation runs properly so the team can focus on the people we support.
Michael is not a Support Coordinator, and that matters. His role is to keep the business accountable, organised and sustainable without stepping into participant choice or support decisions.
He brings practical thinking, financial oversight and a calm approach to the parts of the business most people never see, but every good service depends on.

Jacquelene brings a practical, human approach to Support Coordination.
She works beside people, not above them, and focuses on getting things moving when systems become confusing, slow or disconnected from real life.
Behind the scenes, Jacquelene also supports CabemCare’s systems, documentation and compliance, helping keep the business organised without losing sight of the people it exists to support.
Her focus is simple: make things easier to understand, stand up when it counts, and leave people better supported than when she found them.

With over 25 years of experience in the social housing sector, Carolyn brings deep empathy and insight to her work with NDIS participants. Her background has shaped a strong commitment to supporting people impacted by disability and disadvantage with care, respect, and integrity.
While new to the NDIS space, Carolyn is passionate about creating positive change through trust and empowerment. She believes that the right support can transform not just lives — but families and communities.
Carolyn is proud to be part of the CabemCare team and looks forward to contributing to a culture of compassion, professionalism, and real outcomes.
Rebecca [Beck] – Support Coordinator (Gold Coast, QLD)
With 24 years of experience across the Aged Care and Disability sectors, Rebecca brings a wealth of frontline expertise to her role as a Support Coordinator at CabemCare.
Her background includes hands-on work in wound care, catheter support, dressings, personal care, meal preparation, and detailed documentation. These skills translate directly into her work supporting participants to achieve their goals with clarity and care. Beck is known for her calm, practical support style and her deep understanding of what truly matters in a person's daily life.
Based on the Gold Coast, Rebecca supports clients across Queensland and currently has capacity for new participants. She prides herself on giving every client the time, effort, and respect they deserve.
